PanGlobal introduced our order pickup option nearly two years ago and have had great success with this service. In an effort to improve this service, we’ve prolonged the hours in which your order will be available for pickup.
Please contact our Customer Service Team at 1-866-256-8193, option 1, if you wish to request your textbooks be prepared for pick up on the same day you’ve placed your order.
Same-day pickup is only available on business days from 9 a.m.–3 p.m. for orders received before 2 p.m.
- Browse PanGlobal’s store and add your desired products to the cart. When finished, select the cart to checkout.
- Complete the checkout process as prompted. If an individual other than the purchaser will pick up the order, ensure their name is included in the Mailing Address.
- Our team will send you an email to confirm we have received the order and provide instructions for pickup.

Please bring your order payment receipt (emailed upon completing your online purchase) and a piece of government-issued ID.
- Park in one of the parking spaces located outside our offices.

- Provide your order payment receipt and picture ID.
- Double-check your order contents to make sure everything is correct.
- Sign the pickup confirmation.

Purchase orders are acceptable, provided a PanGlobal credit account has been approved prior to purchase order submission. Purchase orders can be submitted via email to firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure processing.
